Complaints regarding Apple’s compliance with expressly reserved rights against text and data mining (TDM) under Article 4(3) Directive (EU) 2019/790 (DSM Directive) in the context of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act) can be made by filling out the below copyright complaint web form.
